Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we’ll offer a refund or replacement β€” at no extra cost.

To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the damage or defect

What’s Not Covered

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Items reported after 30 days from delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind)

No Physical Returns

As our fulfillment partner does not process return shipments, we do not accept items sent back to us. All resolutions are handled digitally for your convenience.
